August 2006

  • Clarion received the industry’s highest quality award by J.D. Power and Associates for the AM/FM/ Multi CD Changer radio segment of the 2006 Vehicle Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study.

May 2006

  • Clarion was commended as one of the Top-10 Suppliers of the Automotive Electronic Components at the 3rd Commendation Ceremony held in Beijing for the 100 vendors in automotive components with remarkable achievements.

April 2006

  • Clarion received a "Golden Bridge Award" from the Chinese Government by recommendation of the City of Xiamen. These awards encourage the activities of engineering and technical exchanges and are given once a year to enterprises and individuals who made remarkable contributions to the economic development in the whole of Chinese national engineering and technical market.

October 2005

  • Three car audio models (DXZ955MC, DMZ655MP/DMZ555, TSZ840), a marine audio model (CMD4), and a bus system (AA-9000A/CB-4700A/CV-9000A) receive the Good Design Award for 2005.

August 2005

  • The European audio model of the DXZ958RMC is selected as European Mobile Head Unit of the Year 2005-2006.

April 2005

  • The European audio model of the DXZ958RMC is selected as one of the best car audio systems by AutoHifi and Car & HiFi, a German-based magazine.
